Organize the physical collection
Group slabs in a way you will actually maintain — by category, player, or value — and store them safely (cool, dry, dark, secure). Keep the highest-value cards where they are best protected.
Keep a living record
Maintain a record of each card with its grade, cert number, and current value. The record is what powers an insurance schedule and a clean sale — and it should update as the market moves, not sit frozen in a spreadsheet.
Let the catalog do the work
Add slabs to Slabline by scanning the label, and the cataloging, valuation, and a broker-ready schedule build themselves — plus a single 0–1000 protection score so you always know where the collection stands.
